    How long will the set last?

    The Urban set is ideal for 3 to 4-day escapes, while the Wanderlust set is perfect for longer getaways of 7 to 10 days. Each set is designed to last you more than just one trip.
    Are products available individually?

    Yes. In our Refill & Try section, you can find all In Any Case products available for individual purchase*.

    Can I restock my set once a product runs out?


    Absolutely. Just top up on the items you’ve finished in our Refill & Try section. It’s the easiest way to keep your routine travel-ready—with zero waste and zero stress.
    What are the shipping times and costs?
    • Standard: 4 business days, from €8
    • Express: 2 business days, from €10

    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
    You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Please note that the tracking code may take up to 48 hours to become active.

    If you haven't received your order within 10 business days from receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@inanycase.it with your name and order number. We will sort it out.

    What if I'm not satisfied with my order? Can I return it?

    Yes, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your package, provided that the products are still sealed and have never been used.

    Returns & Refunds

    • 14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
    • Product Condition: Products must be untouched, unused, with all safety seals intact, and in their original packaging.
    • Process: Email us at info@inanycase.it before sending your package. We will provide you with full instructions and your return label.
    • Exclusions: We do not accept unauthorized returns, partially returned sets, or products that are used or missing their seals.
    • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately and we will make it right.
    • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within approximately 10 business days. It will be credited back to your original method of payment.
